Tomato Basil Pasta

Sharing with you another one of our favorite recipes that I made for Sunday dinner last night! My husband and I don’t usually get home until late at night so Sundays have quickly become my favorite day that we get to spend together!

Tomato Basil Pasta

-Sweat 2 cloves of garlic with a little Avacado oil in a hot pan

-Add one small container of cherry tomatoes

(The tomatoes will blister and pop in the avacado oil so let them just do their own thing!)

-Cook a pot of pasta (we prefer angel hair or penne)

-When the pasta is slightly undercooked, add to the tomatoes! The hot oil and tomatoes will finish cooking the pasta!

-Mix in fresh basil and top with  paramsean cheese

AND THERE you have it! The pasta takes less than 20 minutes to cook and is perfect for all you young married couples grocery shopping on a budget!:)
