BBQ Pork & Funeral Potatoes

I recently took a poll on my Instagram about the kinds of things that you all enjoyed me sharing with you! One of the things that was voted was recipes! done and DONE! Last night I made one of my all time favorites and it’s so easy!! (Sorry….no pics) BUT I promise it’s the best!

BBQ PULLED PORK

  • 1 pork loin (I get mine from Costco)
  • 1 full large bottle of Sweet Baby Rays BBQ Sauce

*pour all the Sweet Baby Rays on top of the pork loin

*cook in Crock-Pot for 6-8 hours

*serve on buns of choice

 

FAMOUS FUNERAL POTATOES

  • 2 (small) cans Cream of Chicken Soup
  • 1 pt. Sour Cream
  • 1 Square butter (softened)
  • 1 lb cheese grated (I use a mix of sharp cheddar and medium)
  • Frozen hash brown 1-2 lbs.

 

*combine all ingredients in large bowl and mix well

*spread into 9 x 13 glass pan

*sprinkle leftover cheese on top

*Bake on 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours
